Christian Meditation for Rookies offers a method for finding space in our lives and hearts to let go, turn our faces toward God and listen. We suggest taking ten minutes a day to reorient ourselves to God's call to us in the moment. Our approach is based in Scripture and the teachings of Jesus. At the same time, we use findings from current brain research to help us deal with distractions and shift old patterns of thought and behavior. Christian Meditation for Rookies is available as a twelve-session online course and (soon) books and CD's.
