Christian Meditation for Rookies offers a method for finding space in our lives and hearts to let go, turn our faces toward God and listen. We suggest a practice of ten minutes a day to reorient ourselves to God's call for us in the moment. Our approach is based in Scripture and the example of Jesus. At the same time we use findings from current brain research to help deal with distractions and shift old patterns of thought and behavior. Christian Meditation for Rookies is available as a twelve-session online course and (soon) books and CD's.
