Our Philosophy

We believe a regular Christian meditation practice can:
  • Narrow the gap between what we believe and how we behave       
  • Use new understandings of the brain and nervous system to help change thoughts and behavior
  • Reduce stress, anxiety, depression, hostility
  • Increase joy, serenity, gratitude, compassion, generosity, wisdom and courage (really!)
  • Expand our sensitivity to God and other people
  • Deepen our capacity to be God's presence in the world

We invite committed Christians as well as folks who are searching.  Our materials are suitable across denominations and for those who do not align with any church.

Our Mission

We intend to share a practical, understandable meditation method as widely as we can.  To that end:
  • We are developing online and print resources for children and youth as well as adults. 
  • Our materials will be released in Spanish in 2016. 
  • Our materials are available at reduced or no cost to those without the financial resources to pay for them.
